Our easy to understand price guide

For a 7 day holiday we charge a flat rate of £299
This includes transfers to and from Varna or Bourgas airports, 7 nights in a hotel in Obzor and 5 days guided mountain biking. Quality hire bikes are also available for £50 each per week.

Group Discounts

For groups of 4 to 7 we offer a 10% discount or free hire bike each. For groups of 8 or more, we offer a 10% discount AND a free hire bike each.

For mid week arrivals or stays of less than a week, please drop us an e-mail first. Normally this won't be a problem but we like to check availability first to avoid any disappointments. Our daily rate is £70 per night and £10 per day for a hire bike.

These competitively priced packages together with the extremely low prices in Bulgaria, probably mean the best value mountain bike holiday available today.

Additional Information
Non riding partners are very welcome for £199 per week.

There is a single supplement payable which is £60 per week.

Getting Here....

You have a choice of two airports to fly into, Varna or Bourgas, were we can collect you from either. They are both about a 45 minute drive from Obzor. You also have Sofia airport in the North of Bulgaria. This is about a 5 hour drive from Obzor so a little to far for us to collect you from. However Wizzair and Bulgaria Air do fly from Sofia to Varna or Bourgas.

For the real adventurous, you could fly into Sofia and hire a car to drive down to Obzor and enjoy the sights on the journey. There is also a regular coach service to Varna and a regular train service.

About Us

Bike-Bulgaria is situated in the picturesque black sea resort town of Obzor. We chose this beautiful location due to its closeness to the eastern end of the Stara Planina Mountains and the large Oak and Beech forests that dominate the area. The hotel you will be staying in is located in the centre of Obzor and is surrounded by restaurants and wine bars. These range from Bulgarian, Italian and Greek and also include plenty of seafood restaurants. For the more adventurous of you, Space nightclub is now situated on the outskirts of Obzor within easy walking distance of the hotel. With a capacity of over two thousand people, this is the largest night club within the Balkans. If we haven't worn you out biking all day, then you can dance the night away till 6am should you still have the energy!

Bike-Bulgaria is a mountain bike holiday company owned and run by mountain bikers. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced rider, we have trails to suit you. The first days ride is a set route we use to assess your fitness and to have a chat with you to see what your expectations are from your holiday. We have so many trails available, we will endeavor to tailor the holiday to meet your needs and expectations.

Your two hosts and guides, Steve and Ian are both enthusiastic mountain bikers with over twenty years experience between them. They are both qualified first aiders and have completed their CTC mountain bike guiding qualifications to ensure your well being is their priority. They completed the 2009 Transrockies which, is probably the hardest endurance mountain bike event in the world today. In fact they still have the scars and blisters to prove just how hard it was!
